Yes! Create separate floor plans for ground floor, first floor, rooftop, or outdoor seating. Each operates independently.
Does it handle walk-in customers too?
Absolutely. Walk-ins are assigned the best available table based on party size and preferences. The host sees everything on one screen.
What happens if a table is reserved but the guest doesn't show up?
You can set a grace period (e.g., 15 minutes). After that, the table is automatically released back to available status and the guest is notified.
