1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RESTROY ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including restaurant owners, staff members, and administrators.

2. Service Description

RESTROY is a cloud-based restaurant management platform that provides:

• Order management and processing
• Table management and reservations
• Inventory tracking and stock management
• Menu creation and digital menu management
• Kitchen Display System (KDS)
• Financial tracking and reporting
• Customer-facing QR code ordering
• Analytics and business intelligence

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring that your staff members use the platform in accordance with these terms.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate a business in Nepal to create an account.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

RESTROY operates on a subscription model:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
• Failed payments will result in a 7-day grace period before service suspension.
• You may cancel anytime; service continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• By You: Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with or without prior notice.
• Data Export: You may export your data (menu, orders, reports) at any time before or after cancellation.
• Survival: Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

RESTROY is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, force majeure, or third-party failures.
• Errors or inaccuracies in financial reports (always verify with your accountant).

Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal. Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing formal legal action.
